Hey there! My name is Stephanie Lopez, and I am a twenty year old photographer based in the metro Atlanta and Athens area. I've always been fascinated by the art of photography ever since my parents gave me a point-and-shoot camera as a gift on my tenth birthday. I would take photos of flowers, my dog, and even my little sister, Julie, practicing gymnastics.

 

In 2013, I upgraded to my first canon dslr, but I didn’t begin taking photography seriously until my freshman year of high school. I joined my high school’s photography team and started shooting school events such as sports games and theatre events. In my junior year of high school, I asked some of my friends if they would model for me, and that’s when I found my love for portrait photography.

I am currently a third year student at the University of Georgia working towards my Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, a minor in General Business, and a certificate in New Media.
